What happens on the kickoff call? ▼

We walk through your intake form, clarify your workflows, discuss any technical details, and set expectations for the deployment. Usually 30 minutes.

What's included in the 1 week of support? ▼

Unlimited questions via email or chat. We'll help you get comfortable, tweak configurations, and fix any issues that come up during your first week.

Can I upgrade from Quick Start? ▼

Absolutely. We'll credit your Quick Start payment toward Full Setup if you upgrade within 30 days.

What if I need more than 2 hours of configuration? ▼

We can add time at $150/hr, or discuss a Retainer plan if you have ongoing needs.
